My entrepreneurial journey has been shaped by 20 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry, specializing in mass-production bakery operations, supply chain management, production planning and baked-goods distribution. With a Bachelor Degree from the University of Computer Studies ( B.C.Tech.) and a Master Degree of Master in Business Administration ( MBA )from Universidad Católica de Murcia (Spain), I have grown into a Food Innovation Entrepreneur focused on functional and plant-based foods, nutrition and micronutrient fortification. I am CEO of Kyar Nyo Thin Bakery, Founder of Shin Oezi and Director of Syntrex Global Co., Ltd. As a mentor, lecturer and ILO GYB/SYB Trainer, my mission is to empower entrepreneurs and inspire the next generation to create meaningful impact through innovation.
